Langtang Gosaikunda combines the remote and spectacular valley of Langtang, with the high mountain lakes at Gosaikunda. You can visit the beautiful Langtang National park and then trek to the end of the valley to view the wonderful mountains views. Following the Trishuli River north out of Kathmandu, you travel through Trishuli Bazaar and Dhunche to Syabrubensi, a Sherpa village located at the very edge of the Langtang National Park. You then head east into the Langtang valley, crossing the river several times as you travel up along a gorge-like, lower section of the valley. You pass through oak and rhododendron forests and even cross glacial moraine on your way to the Tamang village of Langtang.A little further up the valley is Kyanging Gompa, where you stop overnight and sample the local yak cheese. You pass through Nubamatang, nestled in a hidden valley, on your way up to view the glaciers, which mark the gateway into Tibet. Back trekking you travel through Syabru and Sing Gompa to a high plateau, where the sacred lake Gosinkunda is located. Crossing the Lauribinayak Pass (4610m.), you continue south, leaving the Langtang region behind you as you travel through Tharepati and Kutumsang to Sundarijal.
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1380mtrs)
Upon your arrival in Kathmandu (TIA), our representative from Adventure Team will be there to pick you up. You will be transfer to hotel in half an hour drive with private vehicle. We discuss about our trip and
you have time for refreshment. In the evening we are together again for welcome dinner in typical nepalese restaurant with cultural program.
Day 02: Half day sightseeing in Kathmandu (1380mtrs)
After breakfast, your tour guide will pick you up for half day sightseeing in Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple and Bouddhanath Stupa. You will have your lunch in the restaurant with the view of Stupa then you back to hotel. You will meet your trek leader and discuss about the trek and do last minutes arrangements.
Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Syaphrubesi (1440mtrs)
Early morning after having breakfast drive by private transport to Syaphrubesi, along the journey we will drive through beautiful village and you will see snowcapped Mountain along the langtang Himalayan range and Ganesh Himal, it will take 6-7 hours to reach Syaphrubesi stay overnight in Guest house.
Day 04: Trek to Lama Hotel (2480mtrs) 5-6 hours
When we start our trek in the morning first we cross suspension bridge over the Bhotekoshi River, then we Turn right and walk through forest, during the trekking we may see langur monkeys . We cross bridge again and keep walking up hill to bamboo via pahiro. After bamboo the trail goes steep up about 2 hours to Lama hotel. Stay overnight at Guest house.
Day 05: Trek to Langtang(3430mtrs) 5-6 hours
The trail continues to follow the Langtang khola, uphill steeply through a forest to Riverside lodge and trail goes continues to famous lunch spot of Ghoratabela with great views of Langtang lirung. From Ghoratabela the trail uphill more gradually through U-shaped glacier valley to the village of Thangshyap and we get Langtang about an hour. Stay overnight at Guest house.
Day 06: Trek to Kyangjin Gompa (3860mtrs) 3-4 hours
Trek from Langtang to Kyangjin Gompa, it will be short trek we will be in Kyanjing Gompa by lunch. After lunch we will have enough time to explore two cheese factories and popular Gompa, stay overnight at Guest house.
Day 07: Acclimatization day in Kyangjin Gompa
In the morning either we hike up to kyanjing Ri for the beautiful view of mountains and back to Guest house by lunch and spend time for village, valley and glacier or we can go up to the Tsergo Ri with pack lunch for more adventure and more view and back to Guest house for overnight.
Day 08: Trek to Lama Hotel (2480mtrs)
The trail walk downhill to Lama hotel via langtang and Ghoratabela same way back it will take about 6-7 hours to Guest house. Stay overnight at Guest house.
Day 09: Trek to Thulo sayasbru (2260mtrs) 6-7 hours
Early in the morning after breakfast trail goes down to Pahiro via Bamboo. After Pahiro the trail split for Gosaikunda and Syaphrubesi. The lower trail goes to Syaphrubesi and upper trail connect us to Thulosyaphru village. About in 2 hours we will be in Thulosyaphru village. Stay overnight at Guest house.
Day 10: Trek to Sing Gompa (3250m) 4-5 hours
After breakfast in Thulosyaphru village, the trail goes uphill through beautiful rhododendron, Bamboo and pine forest. Langtang and Ganesh Himalayan range watching us from back side , after few hours walk we will get Sing Gompa as known as Chandanbari. We can explore cheese factory here too. Stay overnight at Guest house.
Day 11: Trek to Gosaikunda (4360m)
After morning breakfast in Sing Gompa the trail slightly goes up to Cholangpati and steep up to Gosaikunda via Lauribinayak. Along the trails we pass rhododendron and pine forest trees and vista of Ganesh Himal, Langtang Lirung, and Manaslu range, Hiunchuli and Tibetan peak is high lights of the adventure, you trek towards Gosaikunda . stay overnight at Guest house.
Day 12: Trek to Sing Gompa (3250mtrs)
After breakfast we visit Gosaikunda lakes and trek downhill to Sing Gompa via Lauribinayak, same way back with same view. Stay overnight at Guest house.
Day 13: Trek to Dhunche (2090mtrs)
Morning breakfast in Sing Gompa, trail directly drop you downhill to Dhunche via small village of Ramche and other village along the route. After about 4 hours downhill we rech at Dhunche. Stay overnight at Dhunche.
Day 14: Drive to Kathmandu
We will drive by our private transport to Kathmandu, you will be transfer to hotel , we see each other again for farewell dinner.
Day 15: Depature
We will transfer you to the International Airport for your departure flight to your onwards destination. You must leave hotel 3 hours earlier than your scheduled flight time.
